Sign "Media Consent Form" sent via email

Submit your story
You’ll receive an email with instructions for sharing your story. You can choose the option that feels most comfortable for you:

Record Your Story — Share your story as an audio recording.

Write Your Story — Submit your story in writing, and I will record and share it on your behalf.

Be a Podcast Guest — Come on the podcast and personally share your story. You will have to schedule a recording and questions will be sent in advance.
